technological process:

Manually put the battery into the upper and lower feeding stations of the single chamber and three station turntable → click the double start button → turn the turntable to the vacuum packaging station (the battery is on another station of the turntable) → close the upper and lower chamber body cavity (at the same time, the internal pressing plate flattens the surface of the battery cell) → vacuum pumping → air bag puncture → packaging → turn the turntable to the edge cutting station and cut off the edge with electrolyte, After completion, turn the rotary table to the upper and lower stations to take out the battery (the other two stations of the rotary table complete vacuum packaging and trimming at the same time).
